Moving

As you may have heard, we are leaving our locales in Damgsgårdsveien 113. After hard work by members of the club, we are on track to extend our deadline to move out: the end of year, 2025.

We still need to find new locales. A short-term plan is to find a new rental that fits our budget; our long-term plan is to find a facility which we can own, one that can give the club a real home, and much desired stability.

We have a working group led by Matt Duke, which will look for and evaluate options for new premises, as well as ensure that the club is kept informed about the process. The group reports to the board but works independently on the matter. This is important so the board can continue focusing on the rest of the club’s operations.

Thanks to all of you who are contributing to the process. If you have any good ideas or suggestions, feel free to get in touch with the board who will delegate.

The club will continue to dive.
